Strawberry Chutney

Makes about 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup strawberry preserves
1 can (17 oz. ) pear halves, drained and chopped
¼ raisins
1 Tablespoon chopped crystalized ginger
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon grated lemon rind
DIRECTIONS

Mix well, cover and chill at least 2 hours.  Keep refrigerated to store.  Serve with pork, chicken, turkey, duck or ham.
