Strawberry Fool

Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS
 

12oz.frozen chopped strawberries
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon orange extract
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
DIRECTIONS

Process the berries and sugar with on and off button until just mixed.  Add extract.

Whip the cream until stiff, then fold the strawberry mixture.
Transfer to serving bowl* and refrigerate at least 4 hours, or until firm.

This can also be scooped out into individual parfait glasses and served with sugar cookies for a fancier presentation.
